Two persons died on-the-spot and six others were injured when a tempo traveller collided with a private transport vehicle at Rampur police station limits at Molkalmuru taluk in Chitradurga here on Tuesday morning.
The deceased have been identified as Nagaraj (30) and Mallappa (60). The injured have been admitted to government hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in Rampur police station.
