Sugar factories urged to clear pending bills

January 21, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:39 am IST - DAVANGERE:

Sugarcane Growers Association district president Tejaswi Patel has warned of an agitation if sugarcane factory managements did not pay pending bills of growers.
