Police arrest one of the accused

In a joint operation, the Harihar taluk police and Nelamangala police succeeded in nabbing Raghu, one of the accused in the sub-inspector Jagadish murder case, in Bengaluru.

According to the police, Raghu was spotted alighting from a bus along with Madhu’s mother, Timmakka, at Harihar bus terminal in the afternoon. He tried to run on seeing the police. However, the police managed to nab him with the help of local people. Thimakka, who had managed to escape, was arrested in the evening.

The accused have been brought to Davangere for further investigation.
