The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached 11 properties in Bengaluru and Mandya owned by L. Raghu, executive engineer with the National Highways Department in Bengaluru over a corruption case.

A release said the properties, worth around ₹1.92 crore, have been attached under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. The ED initiated investigations based on an FIR and charge sheet filed by the Lokayukta against the engineer for acquisition of disproportionate assets between 1987 to 2012. Investigation conducted by ED revealed that the accused illegally acquired 11 properties while working as a government official in various capacities. Further investigation is on.
