Manju’s son loses post of Youth Congress district president

The Congress has removed Manthar Gowda, son of former Minister A. Manju, from the post of district president of Hassan District Youth Congress. Manthar Gowda is a ZP member elected on the Congress ticket.

Karnataka Pradesh Youth Congress Committee vice-president K. Kemparaj, issued a letter terminating him from the post. The committee appointed Sujan Gowda as working president of Hassan Youth Congress. Mr. Sujan Gowda is the son of former Minister and KPCC vice-president B. Shivaramu.

Mr. Manju is BJP candidate for Hassan seat. Mr. Manthar Gowda has not participated in the campaign for JD(S) candidate Prajwal Revanna. The Youth Congress had served him a notice asking for a response. However, he has not responded to this.
