The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday restrained Hindustan Aeronautics Employees’ Association, its office bearers, members/workmen from continuing strike in any form.

Justice P S Dinesh Kumar passed the interim order on a petition filed by the HAL management questioning the legality of going on strike when conciliation process was under way over the issue of wage revision.

The Court also directed the conciliation officer to continue the conciliation process and make an endeavour for amicable settlement while asking the management too to cooperate for the conciliation process.
