A host of small-screen actors will present various cultural programmes at Nehru Stadium in Hubballi on Sunday as part of the Zee Kannada Jatre. Kannada film actor Ragini Dwivedi will also perform in the event that will begin at 6 p.m., a release said. Prior to the event, there will be a cultural procession in which the small screen actors will participate.

Hubballi Dharwad Mayor Ashwini Majjagi on Saturday inaugurated Artistry, an exhibition of artistic jewellery organised by Malabar Gold and Diamonds on Coen Road here. The exhibition will go on till May 24.

Musical tribute to

Pt. Shripathi Padigar

The disciples of late musician Pt. Shripathi Padigar and Sri Krishnendra Guru Utsava Samsthe have jointly organised a music programme at Sri Krishnendra Mutt in Old Hubballi on Sunday at 4.30 p.m. to pay tribute to the late vocalist. Vocalists Ashok Nadgir, Krishnendra Wadikar, Arun Negaluru, Master Krishnendra Samarth and sitar exponent Shruti Shiggavi will perform, a release said.
