Actor-director-producer Prakash Raj on Tuesday said he would not block those trolling him on social media.

“I hope those trolling me will come to their senses. I am really pained for being trolled for condemning those celebrating the murder of a person... The question haunting me is why is there a system of silencing dissent created in society. The way killings are being celebrated really disturbs me,” he said. Speaking to a private news channel, Mr. Raj categorically dismissed reports that he would return his national awards. Expressing confidence of the SIT probing Gauri Lankesh’s murder, he said: “It is difficult to live without faith in a system. SIT is making all efforts and I have faith in them,” he said.
