Heat wave conditions continue

Severe heat wave conditions in Hyderabad Karnataka and Bombay Karnataka continued without any respite with Bidar recording the State’s highest maximum temperature of 44 degrees Celsius as per the India Meteorological Department at 8.30 a.m. on Monday.

Raichur recorded a maximum temperature of 42.4 degrees Celsius.

The night temperatures also continued to be oppressive in Hyderabad Karnataka with Bidar recording a minimum temperature of 27 degrees Celsius. Kalaburagi recorded a minimum temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and Raichur recorded a minimum temperature of 21 degrees Celsius.

Vijayapura in Bombay Karnataka region recorded a maximum temperature of 39.5 degrees Celsius and minimum temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. Koppal recorded a maximum temperature of 38 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 21 degrees Celsius. Gadag in Bombay Karnataka recorded a maximum temperature of 36.6 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 19 degrees Celsius.
