Additional District and Sessions Court, Raichur, had, on Saturday, quashed Raichur Deputy Commissioner and District Executive Magistrate, S. Sasikanth Senthil’s order against Kadagol Anjaneya.
The Deputy Commissioner on 15.12.2014 had issued a warrant against Kadagol Anjaneya under Sections 109 and 110 of Criminal Procedure Code on the charges that the latter had employed child labourers at his agricultural fields. The order was challenged in the District and Sessions Court.
After hearing the arguments of both sides, II Additional District and Sessions Judge Narayana held that the case against Narayana was illegal and quashed it.
Senior advocate Maski Nagaraj defended the applicant.
