CUK's all India entrance exam to be held on June 27, 28

H.M. Maheshwaraiah, Vice-Chancellor of the Central University of Karnataka in Kalaburagi said that the All India Entrance Examinations would be conducted on June 27 and June 28 in 29 centres all over India and 17 in Karnataka.

Addressing presspersons here on Friday Prof. Maheshwaraiah said the entrance examination for Under-Graduate and Ph.D programmes would be on June 27 and for those appearing for Post-Graduate programmes would be on June 28.

As against the total intake of 835 seats – which includes 250 dual degree seats, 432 Post-Graduate seats, 63 Ph.D seats and 90 seats for stand-alone programmes including 30 seats for BBA and 60 seats for B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering – the University received a total of 2,500 applications.

The last date for submission of application forms is June 17.

Eight percent of the total seats would be reserved for the candidates of Hyderabad Karnataka region.
