‘Attempts are being made to frame Hindutva organisations’

Convener of Hindu Jana Jagruti Samiti Vidula Haldipur has said that despite not having adequate proof to prove the involvement of Hindutva organisations in unlawful activities, vested interests were trying to frame them.

Speaking at the Hindu Rashtra Jana Jagruti Sabha in Hubballi on Sunday, Ms. Haldipur said that Hindutva organisations, including Sanathan Samstha, were involved in activities that were aimed at building society based on religious education.

“However, vested interests are trying to frame them in criminal cases of assassination of rationalists, and get them banned, which is highly condemnable,” she said, while appealing to the members of society to protest against such attempts.

State president of Sri Ram Sene Gangadhar Kulkarni said that attempts were being made by those in power to prevent organisations from holding meetings aimed at nation building. He said that in the name of secularism too much appeasement of minority communities was happening.

Vijay Revankar of Hindu Jana Jagruti Samiti said that systematic efforts were being made to loot the money collected in the hundis of the temples under Muzrai Department and people should foil such attempts.
