The new PGP class at the IIMB can boast of having some actors, musicians and sportspersons as well. Bengalurean Pradeep Goyal is a musician, having been part of bands and composing background scores for plays and movies.

Another future MBA graduate, who has to his credit the achievement of being among the top 10 in the CA foundation and final exams, S. Aatresh is a beatboxer. While the class is high on the arts-quotient, how can sports be left behind? The new batch boasts of having Mohan Raj, who is a State-level swimmer (in Tamil Nadu) and ping pong player. Dinkar Mohta, who graduated from a Singapore university, is the traveller, having successfully scaled Mt. Kota Kinabalu, the highest mountain in Southeast Asia.
