As many as 70 schools have got 100 per cent results in the SSLC examinations in Udupi district, according to the Department of Public Instruction here on Wednesday. Of the 70 schools, 35 schools have Kannada as their medium of instruction, while the rest are English medium schools. Of these 70 schools, 22 are government schools, while 10 are aided schools and 38 are unaided schools. “We expected more schools to get 100 per cent results,” said Deputy Director of Public Instruction Diwaker Shetty.
