After revaluation, Hubballi girl stands 3rd in SSLC exams

With the revaluation resulting in an increase of three marks, Hubballi girl has bagged the third place in Karnataka in SSLC examination.

Sahana Hiremani of Chetan Public School, who had applied for revaluation of her papers got two more marks in Mathematics, taking her marks from 98 to 100 in the subject. And revaluation added one more mark to her Social Studies paper taking it to 99 from 98.

Consequently, Sahana’s total tally of marks stood at 621 out of 625 (99.36 per cent) taking her to the third position in Karnataka and second position in Dharwad district.

It might be recalled that the topper for Dharwad district, Disha Hegde of Shanthi Sadana High School of Dharwad had scored 622 marks in the SSLC examination to share the second place with four other students at the state-level. Principal of the school, M.M. Karegoudar and others have congratulated Sahana.
