Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) sleuths conducted raids on the residence and nursing home of an Health Department official in Mulbagal and the Health Department Training Centre following charges of amassing assets disproportionate to the known source of income.
The official has been identified as Kumar Gowda, who is the principal of the Training Centre.
Officials found documents showing properties including buildings and land owned by Dr. Gowda, sources said. Officials also found gold jewels and cash.
