Karnataka High Court Chief Justice P.D. Dinakaran should not discharge his judicial functions until he is cleared of all charges levelled against him, said Prashant Bhushan, veteran lawyer and member of the Campaign for Judicial Accountability and Reform.
“I feel the only option available is to impeach him if he decides to continue,” Mr. Bhushan said participating in a seminar on “Appointment and Retirement of Judges” organised by the Forum for Judicial Accountability-Karnataka here on Saturday.
