The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday granted conditional anticipatory bail to the former Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa, his sons B.Y. Raghavendra, B.Y. Vijayendra and son-in-law R.N. Sohan Kumar in two of the remaining three cases of corruption related to denotifcation of acquired land.
Justice H. Billappa, who granted the anticipatory bail in two cases, said that he would decide on November 18 whether he can pass order in that case as another judge of the High Court had dealt with the petition filed by two other co-accused in that case, and as per circular on judges' sitting roster, bail petitions arising out of same crime number should be dealt by the same judge.

Justice Billappa directed the accused father, sons and son-in-law to furnish a bond of Rs. 2 lakh and two surety of equal sum besides directing them not to contact the witnesses, not to tamper with the evidences, not to leave the country without the permission of the Special Lokayukta Court and not to indulge in any offence.
