Adequate security arrangements made: Siddaramaiah

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Saturday said adequate security arrangements had been made in the light of a Bangalore court giving its verdict in the illegal assets case of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J.Jayalalitha.

Speaking to presspersons here, Mr. Siddaramaiah said that a large number of persons had come to Bangalore in anticipation of the verdict. He, however, refused to comment on the verdict.

To a query, he said the issue of setting up a tiger reserve at Kudremukh National Park would be decided after consulting the Union government.

Later, in a tweet Mr. Siddaramaiah said, “Everyone has to obey to the judgment of the Court. I have directed the Police to ensure that law and order is not disturbed.”
