A 60-year-old man was trampled to death by a tusker at Uddehosakere village in Gubbi taluk of Tumakuru district on Tuesday. The police said that the deceased has been identified as Rangaiah. The tusker had entered Tumakuru district two days ago.
It may be recalled that two men of Sorekayipente village in Gubbi taluk were trampled to death by a tusker on January 8.
