A man was killed and three injured when a multi-utility vehicle in which they were travelling overturned on the Bengaluru-Mysuru highway, near Gejjalagere Colony in Mandya district in the early hours of Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as Chethan (22) from Chamanahalli.
The injured, Pradeep, Prathap and Bharath, were rushed to the Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS) hospital in the town, Maddur traffic police said.According to the police, the accident occurred at 1.30 a.m. when the driver allegedly lost control over the vehicle. The vehicle was going from Mandya to Maddur, the police said.
