The Enforcement Directorate has recorded the statement of senior journalist and former INX News employee Vir Sanghvi in connection with the INX Media case.
The agency, which has examined several former functionaries of INX Media in the past couple of months, approached Mr. Sanghvi to determine the nature of financial irregularities.
In his statement to the ED, Mr. Sanghvi is learnt to have told that he had earlier flagged the issues. He worked with INX News till January 2008.
