Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Make in India’ campaign adds a new member every three seconds on its Facebook page.

“The initiative has already touched over 2.1 billion global impressions on social media and reached an overall fan base of over 3 million on its Facebook page,” an official statement said on Sunday.

“The Make in India Facebook page adds a new member every 3 seconds, a feat that has not been achieved by any other department of the government and a very few in the private sector, the statement added.

It has become the fastest-growing government initiative ever on digital media, leaving behind every other government departments like the Ministry of External Affairs, the Home Ministry or the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, the statement added.
