Unwilling  to revert to the three-year undergraduate programme, Delhi University Vice Chancellor Dinesh Singh resigned on Tuesday.

"The VC has resigned," confirmed media co- ordinator Malay Neerav

The resignation of Mr. Singh, who was instrumental in introducing the four-year undergraduate programme (FYUP), has come two days after the varsity was asked by the UGC to roll back the controversial four year course.
