The surviving victims of the Bhopal gas tragedy have been demonstrating in solidarity with anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare for the past three days.
Led by prominent activist Abdul Jabbar, they assembled at the city's Yaadgaar-e-Shahajahani Park. They took the opportunity to also come out against what they perceived as the Madhya Pradesh government's token measures in regards to their welfare. They questioned the government's seriousness, pointing to the delayed constitution of an enquiry commission recently, which invites evidences, documents and other supporting material from the public.
