A woman along with her three children committed suicide on Tuesday on hearing the news of her husband allegedly marrying another woman.
According to ASP K. Phakeerappa, Donkarai Circle Inspector and Sub-Inspector have received information in the afternoon that a woman with three children has jumped into the stream in Bapu Nagar village in Donkarai mandal on Tuesday.
Immediately the police called swimmers who traced the bodies of the woman Tangi Bindo (20) and her daughters Kanthamma (4), Devi (2) and Varun (1).
She was married to Tangi Srinu about five years ago and she came to know that he has married another woman of neighbouring village recently.
