The TDP is jealous that the agri sector is back to heydays, says V. Vijaya Sai Reddy.

YSRCP Rajya Sabha member V. Vijaya Sai Reddy tweeted on Sunday that the TDP used to celebrate floods in the past as the overflowing rivers and streams would bring in their wake sand that would bring a windfall for them. “Now, the TDP is looking forward to kicking up a sand storm as the government is about to announce a new sand policy that is aimed at providing sand at affordable prices to the people without any hassles,” Mr. Reddy said.

The TDP leaders should remember that they would be devoured by that storm.

Mr. Reddy also said that the TDP would make a foolish argument that the reason for decline in the national GDP by 5% was due to the YSR Congress Party coming to power in A.P. The TDP was jealous that the agriculture sector was back to heydays under the YSRCP regime because of copious rains in the State in the recent past, the MP observed.
