Vignan Mahotsav 2015 -- a national-level youth festival -- will begin on theVignan University campus from January 30. Students across the universities in the country will compete in 64 events for a total cash prize of Rs.20 lakh. Director, National University Singapore, B.V.R Chowdary, cine lyricist Suddala Ashok Teja will be the guests at the inaugural event. Events would be held in technical, cultural, sports, fine arts and literary fields. At the valedictory event to be held on the Saturday evening, CEO Effetronics, Vijayawada, D. Ramakrishna, music director S.S Thaman, cine writer Kona Venkat would be the guests. A special stunt show by KTM Duke Bike Team and movie promotion team of ‘Bham Bholenath’ would be a special attraction.
