Vanamamali Jeeyar at Tirumala

The 40th pontiff of the revered Vanamamali Sri Vaishnavite Peetam His Holiness Sri Kaliyan Ramanuja Jeeyar on Monday offered prayers at the famous hill temple of Lord Venkateswara.

On his arrival at the main temple complex, the priests received him with the noble ‘Satari’ honours. The priests conferred the Pancha Satari honours on him and later traditionally escorted him into the sanctum sanctorum where he stood in front of the main deity and offered his prayers. TTD Executive Officer D. Sambasiva Rao accompanied by his wife received him .
