TRS failed on all fronts: Revanth

Dares Etala to prove fine rice is being served to students in schools and hostels

October 14, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:53 am IST - KARIMNAGAR:

Students and youth are frustrated with the TRS governance in Telangana and were nurturing the idea of taking to extremism, said Telangana Telugu Desam Party (TDP) working president and legislator A. Revanth Reddy on Tuesday.

During the 1969 statehood movement, when creation of Telangana was denied in spite of a movement in a democratic manner, students from various universities took to the revolutionary path and joined the extremist outfits. The same situation is no different now as the youth are frustrated with this government as their dreams of securing jobs have been shattered, he alleged.

Mr. Revanth Reddy was here on Tuesday on a private visit.

Talking to newsmen at R&B guest house here, he charged the government with encouraging the sand mafia, granite mafia, liquor mafia and other kinds of mafias.
