JSP president Pawan Kalyan’s comments on the 100-day-rule of the YSRCP government give the impression that he has co-authored his party’s report with former Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, YSRCP Sattenapalli MLA Ambati Rambabu has said.
Addressing the media at Tadepalli in Guntur district on Sunday, Mr. Rambabu said he would never expect Mr. Naidu and Mr. Kalyan to give a good rating to the YSRCP even if it ruled the State for 100 years.
He wondered why people gave the TDP just 23 seats in the Assembly if Mr. Naidu’s claim to have pulled the State out of the crisis precipitated by bifurcation was true.
Mr. Rambabu pointed out that the government passed 19 Bills in the Assembly and some of them were path-breaking.
Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy was determined to implement them in letter and spirit, but the TDP and the JSP were obviously trying to pick holes.
Mr. Pawan Kalyan should remember that he lost in both the Assembly constituencies in the elections while his party could manage to get just one MLA seat. The TDP and the JSP appeared to be the two sides of the same coin, Mr. Rambabu observed.
