State government has approved the Swiss Challenge method for the selection of the master developer for the construction of the core capital area.
A release said that the process would be implemented in accordance with the AP Infrastructure Development Act, 2001 and would be done under the supervision of Capital City Development and Management Company notified in GO No.109.
The government invited experienced and competent developers to send their proposals to Principal Secretary, Municipal Administration and Urban Development. They would be thoroughly examined by the Infrastructure Authority before according approval.
