Student develops app for ‘Godavari Pushkaralu’

A student of Sri Prakash Engineering College, G. Krishna Chaitanya, developed an android-based App for the benefit of pilgrims turning up for the ensuring ‘Godavari Pushkaralu.’ The App is free for download in the Google Play and by downloading this to their smart mobile phone gadgets, one could get all the information pertaining to the ‘Godavari Pushkaralu.’

The App consists of the details of the ghats and their importance, local accommodation, temples in and around Rajahmundry, tourist spots, transportation details such as bus, train and flight, places of tourist attraction and the emergency contact numbers. By turning on the GPS in the mobile phone, one could also get the route map to reach the Pushkara Ghats. The App is titled ‘Godavari Pushkaram’.
