A new-look bowling alley was thrown open to public at Lifestyle Complex on M.G. Road with four ultra violent premium lines as Smaash Zone acquired 100 per cent stake in SVM Bowling and Gaming.
Speaking to mediapersons on Wednesday, Durga Jagadish, Cluster Head of Smaaash Entertainment, said that post SVM-takeover, Smaaash had five centres in Hyderabad and nine centres in South India apart from three in Bengaluru. “For the fun-loving Vijayawada customers, the new look centre will be an all-new experience”.
He said the Vijayawada unit provided great ambience for the entire family to hang out and bond with friends and family members.“It offers a heady mix of bowling, virtual reality games and state-of-the-art arcade videos gaming experience.” He said many families were preferring to spend their weekends in the bowling and gaming centres and they were emerging as famous destination for college students in the evenings. “We are also planning to conduct a tournament in bowling in Vijayawada soon to give an opportunity to the our regular customers to showcase and assess their talent.”
Shripal Morakhia, founder, said Smaaash presently owned and operated 30 family entertainment centres across the country and was currently going through global expansion by all set to open a centre in Dubai.
