TTD Executive Officer D. Sambasiva Rao on Monday, instructed the officials of Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad (HDPP) to come up with a detailed action plan for the conduct of Mana Gudi, to be held across the State in November.

Interacting with the officials, during a weekly review meeting at TTD administrative building, Mr. Rao directed the HDPP officials to hold discussions with the Endowments Department, for pooling in the ideas so that the programme would reach a wider audience.

Mr. Rao further asked the officials concerned to enhance the pilgrim amenities at Sri Padmavati Ammavaru Temple at Tiruchanur, and directed the engineering wing to construct an exclusive hall to host all the vahanams. In addition to this, Mr. Rao also sought plans for setting up RO treatment plant for the devotees. “Annamacharya Kalamandiram should be given a facelift and more luggage counters need to be set up for speedy services,” he added.
