The police officials discussed about the arrangements being made for ‘Bhavanis’, who visit the temple during the festival.

Navaratri Utsavams

Lakhs of devotees are expected to visit the temple from Telangana and other States, and have darshan of the deity during the Navaratri Utsavams.

Police will make elaborate arrangements for the nine-day utsavams at Pandit Nehru Bus Station (PNBS) and railway station.

A meeting would be conducted to beef up security atop Indrakeeladri for Dasara Utsavams, the police officials said.
