Permission to Naidu’s house: GHMC clarifies

June 19, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:46 am IST - HYDERABAD:

The GHMC on Thursday sought to deny allegations, made by TDP leaders, that it was holding back permission for CM N. Chandrababu Naidu’s residential building in the city.

In a statement here, it said Mr. Naidu and his son N. Lokesh submitted building plans seeking permission for construction of a residential building on Road No.65, Jubilee Hills Cooperative Housing Society on May 18.

The plan was found to be “violating rules in respect of height, setbacks and approved layout dimensions” and was returned unapproved on June 16. The civic body said the application was not pending with it.
