The district administration will observed the National Voters’ Day on Sunday to create awareness among the citizens on the importance of the voting system in democracy
Collector P. Lakshmi Narasimham, Joint Collector Vivek Yadav and other officials on Saturday administered a pledge to make the programme successful. He said that it was the responsibility of all eligible citizens to enrol their names in the electoral roll, adding that the event would be observed at every polling booth and new voter identity cards would be distributed to the applicants.
