Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Sciences (MITS) and Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), Bengaluru, on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to facilitate knowledge transfer and faculty exchange.
The MoU will enable post-graduate and under-graduate students to update their knowledge in state-of-the-art technology and facilitate interaction between teachers of the college and industry experts.
MITS principal D. Yuvaraj and ECIL deputy general manager K. Mohan Reddy emphasised that association with the ECIL would enable the students to be eligible for employment in defence, manufacturing, space, atomic energy and IT sectors.
