‘Masula Yuva Mahotsav’ from January 28

Several people from different walks of life, acquainted with Machilipatnam, will conduct a two-day ‘Masula Yuva Mahotsav’ on the Hindu College Grounds from January 28.

Excise and B.C. Welfare Minister Kollu Ravindra here on Saturday said the Utsav was aimed at inviting ideas from student community to develop the port town into a beautiful and well planned town. “The participants, including college students, would be asked to share their views on Bandar town and history through various competitions. Selected ideas by the students would be considered for beautification of Bandar town, said Mr. Ravindra. The students, representing all the schools and colleges in Machilipatnam Assembly constituency, are eligible to participate in educational, creative, and competitive events.
