Telugu Desam Party (TDP) was the only alternative to Congress in the State and other parties including the one floated in the name of social justice would merge with the latter one day or the other, party president N. Chandrababu Naidu observed here on Monday.
Speaking to a group of 200 activists and leaders from Jaggampeta and Prathipadu constituencies in East Godavari district, after re-admitting them into TDP from Praja Rajyam (PR), he said instead of showing concern for people's problems, parties like TRS and PR appeared to be more interested in their vested agenda and getting merged with Congress .
