Representatives of the State committees of the two Left parties will visit the seven mandals in Telangana that were merged with Andhra Pradesh for two days from February 7.

The district unit secretaries of the CPI and the CPI(M), Tatipaka Madhu and Duvva Seshu Babji, respectively, said here on Wednesday that CPI State secretary K. Ramakrishna and CPI(M) State committee member Midiyam Babu Rao would tour the seven mandals to get first-hand information about the prevailing issues there.

The team will visit the three mandals in West Godavari on the first day and the four mandals that were merged with East Godavari on the second day, where the administration is being taken care of by in-charges and “people are in a dilemma on who to complain about their problems”, the leaders of the two parties said.
