Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Saturday discussed the draft manifesto of the party with Editors of various newspapers and sought their suggestions to fine-tune the document.
The meeting that took place at the residence of an academic on the city outskirts for nearly four hours was attended by K. Ramachandra Murthy (The Hans India), K. Srinivas (Andhra Jyothi), Tankasala Ashok, V. Murali (Sakshi) and Allam Narayana (Namasthe Telangana).
Later, Mr. Rao told a meeting at the party office that the manifesto would be released in three or four days. He promised to make Warangal a hub for textile industry as the town where the famous Azamjahi mill of the National Textile Corporation was once located.
