The Chief pontiff of Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam Jayendra Saraswathi who has been acquitted in the Sankaraman murder case, offered prayers at the hill temple of Lord Venkateswara on Friday.

The Tirumala based TTDs Joint Executive Officer K.S. Srinivasa Raju traditionally received him on his arrival at the temple and led him to the sanctum sanctorum where he offered ‘Vinjamara’ seva to the presiding deity.
