Kurnool SP A. Ravikrishna on Friday issued a letter of appointment to J. Gayatri, wife of home guard J. Peddaveeraiah, who died from heart attack. Apart from Gayatri, Peddaveeraiah is survived by his two sons. Special Branch DSP J. Babu Prasad, Home Guards DSP Krishnamohan, Reserve Inspector Rangamuni and RSIs A. Srinivasa Goud and Radhakrishna Murthy were present. The SP also gave away police welfare fund cheques to the family members of Tuggali Assistant Sub-Inspector Kishore and Krishnagiri police station constable C. Veeresh, who died recently.
