Congress party will form human chains across the State on May 26 and June 8 to highlight the failure of the BJP-TDP combine both at the Centre and in the State in fulfilling their promises to people, Pradesh Congress Committee president N. Raghuveera Reddy said on Sunday.
The BJP-TDP combine made big promises to every section of people including farmers and women, but the coalition governments led by the two parties had ‘failed on all fronts’, he alleged while addressing a farmers' meet at Addanki town in Prakasam district. The Bill to replace the Land Acquisition Ordinance was corporate-friendly and totally against the interest of farmers.
