Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan is visiting East Godavari district on a two-day tour from Monday.
He will arrive at Rajahmundry airport at 1.55 p.m. and will have a brief halt at the R&B guesthouse.
Neeru-Chettu programme
After inspecting Kotilingala Revu and Pushkara Ghat, Mr. Narasimham will leave for Kapavaram to participate in ‘Neeru-Chettu’ programme.
He will later visit Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple at Korukonda and leave for Kakinada by road. On Tuesday morning,
Mr. Narasimhan will visit Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada and convene a meeting with Vice-Chancellor V.S.S. Kumar and other officials.
Subsequently, Mr. Narasimhan will leave for Panduru to participate in ‘Neeru-Chettu’ programme at 9.50 a.m.
The Governor will leave for Rajahmundry by road at 12.30 p.m., from where he is expected to take a flight for Hyderabad at 2.25 p.m., according to an official release issued here on Sunday.
