BJP MP and national spokesman G.V.L. Narasimha Rao said the TDP and the Congress were going to be confined to history and the future belongs to the national ruling party and people should for vote it in recognition of its development agenda and politics that is free from corruption.
Speaking to media persons at Payakapuram before starting election campaigning for K. Dileep Kumar and V. Satya Murthy, BJP candidates for Vijayawada Lok Sabha and Vijayawada Central Assembly constituencies here on Sunday, Mr. Narasimha Rao said politics in Andhra Pradesh (A.P.) was being dictated by financial power of the TDP and the YSR Congress Party, whereas the BJP was service-oriented and was glued to the task of developing the nation.
‘Need for change’
He asserted that the Congress had lost its relevance and the “TDP lamp” was barely flickering as the 2019 elections were going to be its last.
