A Form 7has been filed online in the Opposition leader Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s name seeking removal of his name from the voters list in his native village of Pulivendula in Kadapa district. While the YSR Congress Party workers are charging TDP with being the “mischief monger”, the TDP workers are claiming that this was done by the YSRCP sympathisers to “prove” the point that Form 7 were being abused on a large scale. Ironically, the YSRCP leaders have complained to the Election Commission of India alleging that over 50 lakh votes have been removed from the electoral lists using Form 7 of the Election Commission.

The EC had passed on the application to the Pulivendula Tahasildar to investigate, and a complaint has been filed with the police.
