Engg. colleges launch placement website

Andhra Pradesh Private Engineering College Managements Association (APPECMA) has launched a website www.mcr.org.in/appecma to facilitate campus placements to students.

At the Rayalaseema-level meeting, APPECMA president Shanti Ramudu, general secretary N. Vijayabhaskar Choudary, vice-president C. Gangi Reddy and treasurer M. Koteswara Rao announced that the 58 companies and 5,800 students had already registered in the website. With over 300 engineering colleges in the State, very few colleges are providing placements and The objective of the APPECMA is to ensure all meritorious students are rightly placed, CEO Parthasarathi Varma said.
